2018 Alumni Weekend & Homecoming

Alumni returned to campus Oct. 12-14 to reconnect, relive, and rediscover Delhi.

Welcome Back!

The festivities kicked off Friday evening with cocktails in Kennedy Lounge. This was the first time visiting the renovated space for many alumni. Members of classes in the 1960s and 1970s reminisced how they recall the space was a snack bar when they were students.

Vet Sci celebrates 20 years

Homecoming included a special celebration for Veterinary Science. Alumni gathered, returning to the first Living Learning Community (LLC) for Veterinary Science students in DuBois Hall, and a cake cutting for the new Vet Sci LLC in Russell Hall.

Reminisce & Reconnect

Many alumni enjoyed spending time in the Centennial Lounge in Sanford Hall looking through old yearbooks, telling stories, and enjoying the company of fellow Broncos.

Back in the classroom

Members of the classes of 1968, – 1970 held a panel discussion and reflected upon how they, and the campus, were impacted by the historical events of 1968. Alumni also had the chance to attend a mixology lesson with Associate Professor of Hospitality Mike Barnes ’75.

Celebrate!

President Michael Laliberte presented the annual alumni awards to Ken Pyle ’69, Jordan Polumbo ’12, and Daniel Barusch ’10. Alumni Weekend & Homecoming was capped off by a harvest-themed dinner and lots of dancing!
